The Red Rock Canyon Visitor Center is a focal point for visitor orientation. The multiple facilities offer information and interpretation about recreation opportunities, geology, wildlife, and much more.

Come experience the beauty of Red Rock. In Pine Creek, we will find the lowest elevation for Pinyon Pine trees, as well as some interesting history of the Las Vegas valley. We will come across the Wilson’s homestead and talk about their garden. Bring a snack to enjoy a break at the spring. Also, bring a sketch book. We will take a 30 minute break to draw pictures. No experience necessary, just love and patience for the outdoors. Moderate, 3.3 miles. Ages 10+. Limited space/reservations required.
