La Madre Spring hike is a great area to observe the amazing geology of Red Rock Canyon’s Keystone thrust. It is also a great place to spot bighorn sheep, agave and the many birds of Red Rock. Join us on a search for wildflowers and other plants. Find out how natives found uses for their resources in order to survive in the harsh desert environment. Moderate, 3.3 miles. Ages 15+.
