Join geologist Nick S. and naturalist Jen V. on a strenuous hike from the Calico Basin over a saddle into Gateway Canyon. We will have views into the rugged and wild interior of Red Rock Canyon NCA. We will discuss the geology, plants and animals encountered along the trail. Strenuous, 3.5 miles. Ages 10+. Limited space/reservations required.
